
Executive Function Advising (EFA) provides collaborative support for students with diagnosed disabilities that impact their executive function (e.g., time management, organization, prioritization, planning, etc.)
Students in the EFA program participate in weekly small group sessions and monthly consultations with an EFA advisor.

Executive Functioning Application Fall 2026
In weekly meetings the students:
- Develop a personalized, focused action plans and weekly steps
- Explore their goals, challenges, and relevant strategies that support success at Missouri S&T
- Discuss topics such as academic, organizational, and self-monitoring strategies, campus involvement, planning and priorities, utilizing campus resources, and the transition from high school to college
